Why won't the hearing aids charge?

If your hearing aids are not charging, please try the following...
  1. Be sure to remove the blue tabbed stickers from the charging ports on the hearing aids.
  2. Clean the charging ports on both the hearing aids and the charging case.
  3. Be sure the hearing aids are seated correctly into the charging ports. They should automatically snap into place.
  4. Be sure they charge overnight for the first charge.
  5. Make sure the charge indicator reads "100" for both hearing aids after 2-3 hours of charging.
  6. Unplug the charging cable from the charging case. Then plug it back into the case. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to confirm proper connection. Sometimes the cable connection gets loose.
