Everything sounds very loud...

If everything sounds loud when wearing the hearing aids, please try the following...
  1. Lower the volume - Press the toggle button down to lower the volume.
  2. Change the Sound Mode - Press and hold the top toggle button for 3 seconds to change sound mode (Indoor, Outdoor, General, Tinnitus)
  3. Change the earbud - If the earbuds are not the correct size, they may cause loud noises. Try a size that fits your ear better.
  4. Please allow yourself a few days to have your brain get used to hearing the new sounds. When first using hearing aids, many times, high-frequency sounds may sound very loud. That is your brain getting used to them.
  5. Take the hearing test in the App - Trying taking the hearing test in the App. At the end of the test it will ask you if you want the settings to be applied, just confirm that and it will apply the settings to the hearing aids.
