QV Pro - Short Battery Life
For longer battery life (they should get up to 15 hours use), first disconnect the hearing aids from Bluetooth...
- From your phone, go to Settings/Bluetooth settings
- Look for "5118L"
- Disconnect from that device
If that doesn't work, there may be a charging problem. Please try the following...
- Unplug the charging cable from the charging case. Then plug it back into the case. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to confirm proper connection. Sometimes the cable connection gets loose.
- Clean the charging ports on both the hearing aids and the charging case.
- Be sure the hearing aids are seated correctly into the charging ports. They should automatically snap into place. The charging indicator light should show the percentage that each hearing aid is charged.
- Make sure the charge indicator reads "100" for both hearing aids after 2-3 hours of charging.
If that doesn't work, try the following:
- Turn off the device when not in use
- Recharge the hearing aids after each use
