Hearing Feedback & Screeching

If you're getting a lot of feedback we suggest the following...
  1. Make sure the microphones (the small hole under the button on each hearing aid) are not covered up by your earlobes.
  2. Rotate the hearing aids in your ear until the screeching stops. Incorrect placement may be covering the microphone (see above).
  3. Try a different sized ear dome (Accessory Kit includes several different sized ear domes).
  4. Turn down the volume in the hearing aids.
  5. Clean the earwax out of your ear.
