Bluetooth keeps disconnecting

If the Bluetooth connection with your phone keeps disconnecting we would suggest restarting everything by following these steps...
  1. Put the hearing aids back into the charging case (they will shut down)
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. In your phone, turn Bluetooth off. 
  4. Then turn Bluetooth on.
  5. Take the hearing aids out of the charging case.
  6. In your phone, open Bluetooth settings, and connect to the hearing aids.
  7. In your phone, open the App and pair to the hearing aids. 
Also, please be sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that may be conflicting with the hearing aids. I would recommend turning off all other devices and then turn them on one-by-one to see which device may be causing the conflict. Then keep that device off when using the hearing aids.
