Bluetooth keeps disconnecting

If the Bluetooth connection with your phone keeps disconnecting we would suggest restarting everything by following these steps...
  1. Put the hearing aids back into the charging case (they will shut down)
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. In your phone, turn Bluetooth off. 
  4. Then turn Bluetooth on.
  5. Take the hearing aids out of the charging case.
  6. In your phone, open Bluetooth settings, and connect to the hearing aids.
  7. In your phone, open the App and pair to the hearing aids.
